Problem Details: the usual download speed for my downloads is around 2-3 Mb/s but for some reason the downloads from osu.ppy.sh only download with around 124 Bytes(!)/s-400 Bytes/s i dont know what it is but its not a browser issue i tried with everything but chrome due to that one not working on my pc. Its only for the normal beatmaps not for the packs which might be because of the mirror im getting sent to.
