Just to make a little note before starting: the overall quality is pretty high so I'll just point some subjective aspects which may or may not be useful (just ignore me if what I say is useless, I don't mind xD)

[General]
  1. Is the artist called " fhana " or " fhána "? Just the Insane diff has the artist set as " fhana " which is the one you should change since is the only one xD
  2. Enable Widescreen Support on Fycho's Hard diff, Normal diff and Easy diff since you have a background video
[Insane]
  1. 00:14:468 (5) - I feel like you need a NC here (you know, spacing and pattern change here so...)
  2. 00:30:445 (6) - I see it better the opposite verse, so maybe a Ctrl + G ?
  3. 00:34:355 (3,4) - This stop is kinda weird if you listen to the vocals. Maybe move (3) at 260:124 and Ctrl + G on (4) (This is just something I'm not sure myself, but imo looks better)
  4. 00:35:545 (7,8) - Maybe another Ctrl + G ?
  5. 00:40:304 (4) - Maybe move this to 8:116 ?
  6. 01:02:231 (5) - Another replacement here. Maybe to 460:356... (This pattern should look alike as the previous one above)
  7. 01:10:049 (4) - Here feels like a NC
  8. 01:17:188 (3) - Judging the spacing you have between (1) & (2), probably you need a NC here too...
[Fycho's Hard]
  1. 00:31:805 (3,1) - I'm just finicky here, but these 2 sliders aren't properly stacked xD
  2. 00:58:066 (1,1) - I'm sure you need at least one full beat of rest after every spinner on Hard diffs (ask a BN to be 100% sure)
  3. 01:05:800 (3) - Maybe move this note to 360:200
