Problem Details:

Scores not saving, f5 not help, there is a replay of the game

Is it happening everytime?

you should really the score too submit anyay, don't close the ranking screen too fast

anyway there's nothing you can do to recover it

This happens quite often, and the result is very disappointing to lose :(

if it happens often , try to delete all .dll files and start to updater

also check your firewall didn't block osu! and close any unnecessary programs

anyway your scores can't be recovered, sorry :(
