[resolved] Silence because osu servers going down?

Problem Details:
Today bancho servers are going down and down and i get so lucky and i write in #bulgarian and i get silenced for spam for no reason. I think i know how this happen but I am not sure about it.

Is it because it thinks you are spam joining?

I think i send when the bancho servers are going down and its send and send again and again and bancho is back and silence for spam. But I am not sure.

Contact accounts@ppy.sh
Send them a mail explaining what's going on, with evidence, that the silence should be removed
