So ive been posting osu! game play a couple of times before and id get the usual adds that dont support me my video but know as drastic as muting my audio
is there any way i can fight this and get my audio ?

No, because you do not own the content. You may have played the map, but you do not own the song/video/anything. It's the way the content ID system works.

You can post songs that are not copyrighted (try Nightcores and remixes) but other than that it won't get you very far because most of the audiences for this stuff is on YouTube.
