This message appear when i tried to re-install Osu...

My story :
I cleaned my computer because i had some lags, and i've used :
AdwCleaner, Malwarebytes Anti-malware, ComboFix, and i changed my anti-virus from Avast to Avira.
After that, i've try to play Osu! :
double click on the shortcut Osu!, the Logo "Osu!" appears as usually, and disapear 1 sec after and ... Nothing. Osu never started....

I tried to launch with administrator privilege, with Compatibility Mode Windows 7 and Windows XP : Nothing...

I tried to uninstalle Osu, and i see a button "Repair". I tried to repair osu, but a message appear saying windows can't find the "installation source", he didn't found the file "osu!.msi" at location : "C:\Users\ [MyCompunter] \AppData\Local\Temp\{87C20EA2-D680-4E53-B334-5F96420D94D5}\"
After many search, i've found a file osu!.msi, and i'd copy the file at the precedent location.
I've repaired Osu!, try to launch Osu! to play !!!! and !!!! Nothing again ...
After that i've uninstalle Osu!, download the file at "https://osu.ppy.sh/p/download", and at the end of the installation, i see this message :

Uh... your error is "System.String GetResourcesFromDefault(System.String)" yes?

That sounds like your .net installation / windows is broken... to the degree i would recommend reinstalling windows.

After many search, i can't install framework 3.5 on my computer. i tried to uninstall all my frameworks, and re-install framework 3.5 after, but their is always an error.
I think i have to reinstall windows now ...

So is it not letting you install the 3.5 framework because there are later versions?
Is there a button to let you continue? If there is you should be able to click it and move on

Probably try using the Microsoft Fix provided here and when bring to the prompt of which is the issue, press installing and then Microsoft Framework 3.5. May fix the issue probably.

Drum drum -> on my computer, Framework 4.5 is already install, but i tried to uninstall all my frameworks, and re-install them (framework 1.1 / 2 / 3 / 3.5 / 4 / 4.5) but when i have always an error when i tried to installe framework 2 / 3 / 3.5 : " You must use the "Enable or disable Windows features" in the Control Panel to install or configure Microsoft NET Framework 3.5 SP1 " (french picture here -> http://img5.hostingpics.net/pics/824745Sans_titre.png )

Despite this, i try to install framework 3.5, but at the end of the installation, there is a message "an error occurred" and i must quit the install...

Sulker -> Your link looks awesome ! but framework 3.5 isn't listed... Only framework 1.1 and 4.5. (i've already tried to install framework 2 / 3 / 3.5, but i encounter the same problem just above )

As far as installing it goes, I think you don't really need an earlier version. In fact, 4.5 should be running with 3.5

I've to uninstall all my frameworks, and re-install framework 4.5. This version installs correctly on my computer (no error message).
I've uninstall osu (again) and re-install it -> lauch -> fail.
If framework 4.5 should run framework 3.5, the problem doesn't come from framework ?

I've no idea where the probleme could come

what's spec is your PC or laptop?
can you dxdiag it?

just reinstall windows... you're walking in circles if you think that you can repait it...

you installed programs and changed antivirus, then did a repair to osu... then you tried to reinstall it.. and now you're installing and uninstalling all your .net frameworks... the windows registry must be a mess...

My PC is a laptop : MSI GE60 ( CPU : I7, VGA : Nvidia GeForce GTX 660M, RAM : DDRIII 8GB )
I've dxdiag it, but there is no prob :/

I think i've to reinstall Windows now, but i would find a solution to resolve my problem :/

when osu starting press Shift and use openGL

I've try, Shift + Osu!, i see the windows Osu configuration, but osu doesn't start after selects OpenGL. :/

Peux-tu utiliser DirectX sur ton ordi?

I believe you should use .NET 4? i believe some months ago peppy said that

anyway if installing .NET fails, and reinstalling is such a bother, try installing your windows + some drivers in Virtual Box like Oracle VM, VMWare, etc to test your osu! , can it run or not. If it can run, then i believe you'd better reinstall your windows ^^
