[resolved] Lifebar and progress bar gone?

Problem Details:
Alright, so Im pretty sure this isnt a bug, just a easy to fix screw up produced by yours truly. I think i may have hitten some hot key to remove my progress bar and my life bar, and its really bugging me. Does anyone know how to get them back?

Thanks a ton, steam habits, Shift tab is how I can reply to messages quickly while in game on steam, and I think i accidentally did that. Thanks for helping, but shame on you for making me feel like a doofus.
