Problem Details:
My map is unranked due to spinner issue, see the detail here: p/3346140
Deif testplayed then found spinner-metre and spinner-background don't match well (See the screenshot #1)
Then I have other ranked map with old spinner skin to have a test
I choose this map: https://osu.ppy.sh/s/48987
Spinner misplace too (See the screenshot #2)
Then I put all the skins which in my map to the Skin filter and edit skin.ini "Version: 1.0" (See the screenshot #3)
Then here is my testplay result (See the screenshot #4)
Compared with screenshot #1, we can see spinner-background.png was stretched if it is in the map
I changed the size of spinner-background.png and screen resolution, the results are the same
So I hope you fix this problem asap, thanks
