Problem Details:
Z-key won't work well on slowdown at least 20% (speed 80% or lower) while playing the song
(on low/negative offset map)

Video or screenshot showing the problem:

How is it not working well exactly? I can't seem to replicate this :c

i tried to use Z-key on low-offset based map (near 0 or lower) while playing the song with 80% or lower speed,

when i do that, it doesn't jump to the start of the song instead it does let the song moves faster (the video explains it)

maybe hard to replicate: song in the matter that were used in example

Hm, if I'm reading this correctly... then I see replicating this seems easy enough but getting a beatmap that has these conditions aren't so easy :P (to find, for me)...
The conditions
any song (it seems)
the first note must be at 0
the playback speed must be 25%
and that seems to be all...
To put in some more details, if I can, it seems that its the first note, not the BPM offset it seems; when I checked with that beatmap (and tested some others).
Here's a video while I was checking this out anyways (enable annotations for slightly more details, otherwise onscreen text might be decent)...

Strange bug. I'll add it to my todo list.
