Okay so, Im using the wacom bamboo splash tablet and it works amazingly but when I un plug the tablet and try to use my mouse again my mouse seems to me slightly off it doesn't click it only moves around any idea why this is happening? (mac osx)

Try doing the same to your mouse. It probably bugged out from input confusion.
Unplugging and plugging it back in.
