[resolved] [confirmed] [web] some people trigger friend country ranking

Problem Details:

If you look at my profile, you see my country rank for Taiko is 7
If you click on the dutch flag, you still see me at #7

When you click a name on it (so far only seems to work with 3M13l ), then switch to Taiko mode, and then click the dutch flag
~~There you can see me at #5, and it doesn't display 3M31l and aEoNNzR~~
You'll see that filter to friends is enabled

Idk what causes this, and it's not that big of a deal though

The issue seems to be that the code that sets where the jumpto id must be ($_GET["f"]) seems a bit off.

I'm so freaking dumb
I accidentally put on 'Filter to Friends' ;-;
It sometimes opens, sometimes not
I guess mark as invalid/resolved (even though Idk why it sometimes goes to friends and other times it does not)

Edit: Howl also has enabled 'filter to friends', so that's why that goes weird

Still, filter to friends happens always with that user. I think this should still be fixed...?

Maybe it means the ranking out of all your friends. (friend with highest ranking is #1)

The thing is, that user (and probably some more), when clicking on the country flag to co to the rankings of that country, will lead to friend ranking in that country

Happens on anyone whose name starts with a number. Seems to be due to the duplicate use of the 'f' parameter as both a user jumpto and a boolean toggle for friends only.
