The difference between Hard and Insanity/Burst is quite large compared to the difference between Hard and Intermediate or Intermediate and Normal. Honestly it isn't that much of an issue, but I suggest you to make either hard harder, or insanity/burst easier. It might just be me tho, so just follow me if you agree,

Seriously, you didn't follow the triplets of the main melody in the choruses for the most part of this diff. And this is not the kind of diff you'd need to ignore these triplets to make it easier. When you think about it, it might even solve the difference between the hard diff and the burst/insanity diffs.
