Problem Details:
I noticed that when I pressed the windows key, the title screen pulsed like crazy.
I am currently using two monitors. Osu is open on my primary monitor and I'm using 1360 x 768 borderless window.
Not really very high priority.
EDIT: It actually happens whenever the osu window is un-focused.
