Problem Details: Whenever I use a decimal distance snap value in editor (Let's say 0.55), It gets rounded even though it shows as 0.55, Meaning that I can't use these values anymore. If I press Ctrl again, It shows it as what it turned into, being 0.6 in this case, instead of staying as 0.55

Video or screenshot showing the problem:

What it turns into even though I didn't change it:

Just gonna bump this thing. Not sure if it's the same problem or not, but basically, if you set any 0.01 decimals to DS, hitting alt without holding down shift will round the value to the nearest decimal. If you hold down shift before hitting alt, it'll be fine. Setting to say 1.07x and then releasing shift while still holding alt will also round the value.
It's pretty tedious to have to set the DS again after holding alt to disable DS while placing a note or something.
