This is the first time I post a skin here!
The idea of the name is based on my user ID : Chaos'u' litz
It is original, so I didn't copy skin elements form others :3

This skin mainly use Photoshop and Paint.NET to edit images
Font using in the skin:
-M+ Fonts
-Blenda Script

-Ranking Letters
Same style with the old Osu! skin
But different fonts :3

-Colour
The 5 main colour that the skin used

-Selectable reversearrow
Use the second one if you think that the first one is hard to read :3

-Edited : Star.png (Add Purple colour drop shadow)

NeOsu inspired me a lot so I using the M+ font also

But is it really similar to NeOsu @@?

some of the elements but majority it is not

also I'm doing a review for this skin

change small ranking letters to a more fitting one like the one you did on big ranking letters (ranking-x, ranking-xh, etc.) same goes for the section-fail.png
you forgot to resize sliderfollowcircle.png, the size is the same as it's HD counterpart
you forgot to skin the target practice mod (selection-mod-target.png)
you forgot to resize the HD star.png and some other HD elements too
use black outer glow for the spinner-circle so it will not look a wobbly spinner

One thing I find hard to adjust to is the 'black/dark, reverse arrows', I find it hard to notice them, weirdly enough they only show up sometimes though.
I'm in no way a good modder/skinner, so I don't know if you can make it more visible or if I'll just have to adjust to it
