I'm unsure whether Rarely Stack is rankable, check with a BAT or two.

[Easy]

The lack of spinners, along with the difficulty, will cause an easily attainable max score with all mods. Consider adding a spinner at the end.

00:34:047 (1) - This offbeat fits with the music, but may be a bit surprising after a series of on-beats. Consider adding a note on the on-beat before it?

[Normal]

00:49:037 (2,3,4) - Maybe turn off Grid Snap for these notes so that they still touch.
00:54:027 (2,3) - So close to vertical, you might as well make them vertical.
01:23:086 (4) - Possibly move this up to line up with the slider, since the rest of the notes will do that too.

[Hard]

Plays very well. :)
