[BASIC]
I suggest to use a AR4 as minimum here, I feel AR3 too slow considering this diff has a considerable objects density, take in mind too many objects in screen would stress new/mid players.
00:01:447 (1,2) - How about reversing (Ctrl+G) both? This would create a smoothie flow from (2) to 00:04:113 (1). Remember to put it in an appropiate place if you do.
00:28:113 (3) - NC.
00:52:113 (3,1) - While I see this as a nice detail, considering this is the lowest diff, could you remove this overlap?
01:46:112 (1) - Remove NC.

Okay, I'm going to suggest AR7 to improve readability.
It requires a bit of work in comboing, for example 00:04:113 (1,2,1,2) could fit in a single combo, this gets a bit annoying because you have 1 object combos 00:10:113 (1) which could fit in a larger one 00:09:446 (1,2,1), thus not derping around with the HP drain. tl;dr stick with NC'ing each downbeat (longest white tick).
00:22:113 (3,4,5) - The rhythm here is 1/3, so this circles in 1/2 feels awkward, try a rhythm with a 2/3 slider followed by a circle 1/3 beat later, or a 1/3 slider with 2 repeats.
00:25:446 - 00:32:113 - Map this like the rest of the difficulties? For some reason this doesn't feel good being a break, if you want to keep it, remove 00:32:113 (1), so the player begins again in 00:33:446 (1), which somehow feels more natural.
00:54:113 (3,4) - Put first the slider and then the circle, 00:54:446 has a strong beat which feels weird releasing the button, it plays better being hit.
00:56:780 (3) - Remove the repeat and end this in 00:57:113, this will match nicely with the sound there. Additionally, you could add a note in 00:57:280.
01:06:780 (1,2) - This being 3/2 sliders doesn't compliment the song too nicely because there's no reverse feeling in this part, rather make them 3/1 sliders.
01:29:446 (2) - Make it a 1/1 slider so it matches with the sound in 01:29:779.
01:30:946 (3) - If you do what I suggested above, remove the repeat here to have kinda the same pattern here.
01:50:632 (1) - This should be a 1/1 slider, theres no sound in 01:51:324 .
01:52:478 (1) - As above, a 1/1 slider should fit better here, but this time because 01:52:939 is stronger than 01:53:170, so this plays weird with that beat being ignored.
01:53:401 (2,3) - How about doing this, this way you'll cover the piano better as you'd not be ignoring 01:54:657.

00:06:780 (1) - this is just me, but I think sometimes things (specifically sliders) look better when you don't have them in a straight line. In this case, 00:06:113 (4,1) - makes a straight line with the slider body of (4). Try something like below:

Another reason why I think moving (1) up a bit is better is because it's on a downbeat and you have the clap and whistle sounds on it, creating emphasis. I think it would create even more emphasis if you moved it so it did not create a straight line with 00:06:113 (4) - since you 'd have to move your cursor up after playing 00:06:113 (4) - , which is illustrated in the diagram above.
00:33:446 (1) - I feel that this would look better if you made the curves a bit sharper. I think sharper curves would match the piano part in the music better, below is one example.
00:11:446 (5,6) - since you have a lot of hit circles in a row, it could be made more interesting if you turned these two hit circles into a slider. This makes this section a bit more interesting/fun to play, and it also matches the music since this is when the piano plays ascending notes. I guess you could say that it also sounds like someone dragging their hand up a piano, and since you also drag sliders, I suppose a slider fits this part.
00:22:113 (5) - this might look better if you curve it so it points down.

The current slider shape looks too vertical to me. If you want to keep the general direction, you can rotate it counter clockwise:

The reason having it point upwards doesn't look good in my opinion is because it sort of makes this section look like a line of objects instead of groups of objects, but this is just my opinion after all.
00:26:780 (2,1) - I question your decision in stacking these two objects, in my opinion it feels awkward to play since there is a long time between the two objects so it seems natural to have some space between them. If the two objects came within two beats of each other it would be fine. If you insist on keeping these two close to each other (it looks like distance snap won't allow the slider to be placed anywhere on the screen), I would suggest moving (1) down and to the right a little bit, while still overlapping with (2).

01:00:779 (2,1) - If possible, I think the blanket can be improved.
01:52:478 (2) - blanket can be improved here, try moving last point to x 124 y 24
01:56:005 (1) - consider changing this to just a hit circle and adding a spinner after it

The reason for this is because you currently have the slider to match the piano note, but the slider ends before the piano note does, making the slider placement seem awkward. I think the spinner after the hit circle suits it better since the spinner gives it a fading-out effect, which you can achieve by making timing points along the spinner until the end with decreasing volume.

01:06:780 (1,2) - I think it's better if you have them on the white/red/white ticks instead of on the blue ticks. Extend them so that they end on white ticks as it sounds better that way, you can see for yourself. The first repeat slider matches the piano in the background, but overall it feels much better on white ticks. I think you might have changed this back with the previous mod.
01:28:446 (3,1) - I think this is fine the way it is, but if you want to try something cool then consider the following: ctrl+g at 01:28:446 (3) - , and move 01:28:779 (1) - so the head stacks with the tail of 01:28:113 (2) - . This creates some nice flow~ flow like a river
01:36:112 (2) - the flow into this slider from 01:35:446 (1) - is fine the way it is, but if you ctrl + g 01:36:112 (2) - then it might flow even better. I'd test it out a couple of times to confirm.
01:56:005 (1) - same suggestion as pointed out for the BASIC difficulty.

01:50:521 - this is really optional, but maybe adding a note here would sound better as it matches the piano

INFINITE difficulty was fun until I died halfway through because I'm terrible at streams. Sorry I didn't mod it since I don't have a clear grasp of what expert difficulties are supposed to be like. Anyways, great song~

00:48:113 (1,2) - these 2 sliders seem to play weird off of each other. consider blanketing or something?
01:02:988 (2,3) - uhhhhh.. what is this? this is way too hard for any regular "basic" difficulty. is it snapped wrong or is it meant to be like this?
01:42:112 (1,2) - why not just copy? one's tilted more than the other. kicks in ocd bad
01:56:005 (1) - single and a spinner seems like it might be better here

yea I think this entire diff is just massively overmapped, I don't want to mod it
00:45:446 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12) - in particular these are painful
01:01:946 (7,8,1,2,3,4,5) - way too hard to read and play
01:12:613 (5,6,7) - weird overlap with 6 from previous combo that doesn't fully go away before it plays
01:16:196 (2,3,4,5,6) - makes player think it's a stream jump when there's a space. space it out more and don't curve 5/6 up until 3 like that
01:37:362 (8,1,2) - needs more of a loop, hard to read

01:01:946 (7,8,1,2,3,4,5) - way too hard to read and play - not even close to unreadable. the part is NC'd and this is Infinite, you should be able to play these decently well

01:53:990 (2) - in exhaust I think expressing that triplet sounds could be better instead of using sound-ignoring reverseslider. - unfortunately, thats actually 1/6 and is faster than the rest of this slow part. Not only that, you would need to go faster than 1/2 spacing which makes it very surprising for the players
