Well I guess first off this :p
I don't think that your normal hitsound fits with the song at all and would seem better fitted if the hitsound was in a skin and not the actual beatmap. Your whistle hitsound is a random tone that creates ugly dissonance with the rest of the song too :/ It's not very fitting at all.
Maybe keep combo colors constant throughout all diffs?

00:11:414 (4) - why not have this on the white tick? it's a strong beat and I'm not even sure what you're trying to follow here... maybe the guitar? Anyway, for this it'd better not to ignore a strong beat for a weaker one. Plus, this could be hard for newer players to read too.

00:15:459 (3,4,5,6) - I'm not sure what you're following here. It would be better to make this easy more white-tick oriented. Right now it seems a bit random.

00:30:796 (1) - wrong ds, you could fix this by adding a circle on a strong beat... like this one: 00:30:122 -
00:32:818 (4,1) - they create a weird overlap
00:39:897 (4,5,1) - this could be a bit confusing. A stack followed by something that's not on the white tick.
00:43:773 (2) - how about getting rid of the reverse and just making it a longer slider?
00:49:166 (1) - the recovery time for players to have is too short after this. The spinner might be too short to keep though. Not so sure though :/
00:57:593 (5,6) - okie this is also too hard. the 1/2 stack is hard for an easy. Just consider making longer sliders is all. And don't try to follow the vocal tooo much ya know?

01:07:706 (5) - maybe put this on the white tick after it?
Overall I really think you need to make this more white-tick oriented. You can use longer sliders and try not to follow the vocal so often. The constant switches between red tick and white tick can confuse players

I like some of the artistic things you did with this though :p Just please try not to map something that isn't in the song.
