Offset feels a bit late to me. 11,025?

Hard:
[02:19:45](1,2,3): resnap as 1/3 divisor. (do this for all similar parts)
[02:19:95](4): space farther away from 3.
[02:38:96[(2,3,4): resnap as 1/4.
[02:48:21](2): closer to 1.

And as Rolled said, needs another difficulty.

Come on, I thought normal and hard is enough... Do I need easy?
And also, what are you talking about in the first one? They are already on 1/3 notes. And so as the last one, that one is on distance snap all right... it wouldn't go closer!

there is no such thing as perfect map, doddette.

Normal:
remove the break on 03:18:97. that is a glitch where you add a random break with notes and your star rating will go up up and up.
p.s.: normal is kinda too hard for a normal.

hard:
01:43:75 - closer to 3
02:38:79 - closer to slider 1

I am against notes under a slider but that distance snap is killing me while I'm trying to pervent that.
I know, even OUENDAN2 maps are not that perfect. The hand holding the stylus keep blocks notes.
Nothing can be perfcet I suppose! Easy is coming soon.

Do what Burai said; I caught the same resnap mistakes. And change the offset like he said; I got 11,023, which is close enough.

00:12:64 (3,4) - This is the only place you've got 1/4 double-taps (not counting slider releases). Remove it or add more like it somewhere else.
02:02:97 (2) (And similar throughout song) Sounds better 1/4 earlier and 1/4 longer.

I don't know what are you talking about but those two time you gave me do not exist. And I already did what he said. Is there a bug or something?

Just because he's not a mod does not mean he can't be right and be helpful. We need all the help we can get from mods non-mods. Everyone has their different opinions. The only difference is that mods have the power to officially star/bubble/rank, that's it.

It wasn't just the thirds, it was actually the whole combo.

Also, on Hard: 02:57:63 (7,1) - watch out massive spacing.

Also, a few spacing errors here and there, but I won't be so nitpicky here and nothing really that major.

Please don't use slider tick rate 3.
00:44:98 (1,2) - 1/2 beat early
01:08:17 (4) - 1/4 beat early

Hard:
