[General] the mp3's volume is too soft, isn't it? try to get another one louder or lower the beats's volume...
[General 2] the avi movie doesn't follow perfectly the mp3... try to set an higher offset...

overall: i like it, but to me some parts sound off like the parts (like the saxophone parts) because it the song is more of a swing-style e.g. 1 a2 a3 a4 instead of 1&2&3&4.
i kinda fixed timing of some of the hitcircles, but the placement of the circles on it needs to be fixed.
vicky is spelt wrong on purpose because i didn't want it to overwrite the original difficulty.
