Can I just use the Star Priority (+42 Star Priority) from that and use it here?

I'm not making any design or sound changes unless they really work. The only issue we've had is a timing point change during the slowdown.

This offset can be set -10 to it offset 114,760 and It seems that you need one more offset cuz at around 02:15:099
it starts to go 15ms early again.
