offset is a bit late, use this: 49.896
then select the inherited points and move them by -9 ms

Insane is fine, i'll give it and the other diffs a better look in the next days

man you forgot to resnap after changing the offset

on the upper bar, timing > move all notes in time
and do this

03:23:689 (1) - spinner is very short, i think you can just use a slider
