01:51:522 (1,2,3,4) - this kinda plays bad imo, the placements here along with the vocals in the music might induce players to hit 01:53:444 (4) earlier than intended; a good solution is to make 01:52:803 (3,4) into a slider instead
02:17:160 (3) - move this a bit more right so it forms a nice triangle with 02:18:121 (4,1)
02:33:504 (2) - again overlapping with slider body is just bad to look at, move it to x:344 y:352
02:41:516 (1) - try placing this note a bit closer to the center, newbie spins goes everywhere and it will be difficult for them to locate such a cornered note in the short time after spinner
02:53:694 (4) - move this up a few grids to avoid overlap
02:59:142 (6,1) - same here, up to you how you want this to be arranged
as you requested i skipped hitsound modding, only thing i noticed is the random clap patterns near the beginning of the map, i hope those were not intentional ><

00:44:862 (1) - add a finish on the start to correspond with finish in the music and kiai restart
01:20:275 (2) - this note is improperly snapped, the synth sound actually plays at 01:20:355; would suggest you try a rhythm like this here:

02:08:186 (1) - sounds better if you ended this at 02:10:269, thats where the vocals and the faint drum roll starts

02:11:071 (2) - forgot clap on this repeat slider? this section had all 2/4 claps except this part
02:21:005 (1) - same as 00:44:862 (1)
02:49:848 (2) - end should be snapped to 02:50:089, use a similar setup as i suggested at 01:20:275 (2) to make the 3/4 more intuitive to play (repeat slider and such)
aside from the snapping issue, very nice and flowy diff~

00:14:097 (1,2,3,4) - spacing here is a bit confusing to read, might want to keep a consistent DS
00:29:479 (8) - perfectly center this? (one grid down) seems to be your intention
00:46:785 (7) - this plays quite confusingly, because 00:46:945 (8) is stacked properly but this one is not. Arrange it like this plays much better imo:

01:25:883 (4) - how bout follow the 3/4 rhythm here by shortening the repeat slider to end at 01:26:364 and add a note at 01:26:524 instead, fits the music better imo
01:46:394 (1) - silence the end with soft sample instead, its more "silent" than the normal sampleset at 5% volume
01:54:085 (1) - again maybe perfectly center this for a better effect with spinners after
02:04:982 (6) - missing clap on end

02:20:364 (3) - feels more comfortable to play if you ended this at 02:20:685 (4), catches the kiai end nicely and a 1/1 spacing that is easier to read
02:47:605 (4,5,6,7,8,9,10) - wait what just happened here? the jump just suddenly came out of nowhere, and players can easily mistaken it to hit in the order of 02:47:605 (4,5,7) and 02:48:086 (7,8,9,10) judging from your previous note arrangements. highly recommend you to use normal spacing here since the music isnt very suggestive for a jump at this part
02:57:540 (2) - start the NC here instead, this way the jump pattern is more readable since 02:57:219 (1,2) follows a regular spacing
02:57:860 (4,5) - would suggest you tone down the jump here (<2.0x distance), its gonna throw alot of people off and get them pretty mad...

00:43:580 (4,5) - how bout map this like 00:38:453 (5)? will keep this section more consistent and give a better contrast to the second part of the kiai
00:54:637 (3) - use a NC here to indicate sv change
01:06:975 (6,7) - make these two curved, gives some slider shape variation and you can also create a blanket on 01:07:937 (1) with 01:07:296 (7)
01:08:898 (4) - start this at 01:08:818 or add a note there, its a strong beat and just feels awkward skipping it
01:14:186 (5) - could use a NC here to prevent large combo numbers
01:31:332 (6,10) - there two are not perfectly stacked, its better if you can stack them properly
02:10:430 (4) - i would suggest you use circles here, since the hitsound you used here feels really comfortable to play with a stream, so it will make the section more "fun" for some people
02:20:685 (11) - how bout use a drum whistle here, like 02:20:685 (11)? Gives more consistency across the two sections
02:40:127 (8) - add a NC to avoid large combos, also hints the rhythm change here
02:48:566 (7,8,9) - hexagons flow better like this as it is more natural for cursor movement:

02:52:412 (2,3,4) - A lot of these patterns that you used throughout the map feel weird as they're used only sometimes while other parts of the song that sound just like the parts where you use them, you map them as 1/2. For consistencies sake I would just remove (3) from the pattern and do the same with every other occurrence of the pattern.

These are all just suggestions.~
