  2. lower the audio bitrate a bit, makes the map file size too big for nothing, just drag and drop song in to itunes, it lowers it automatically
  3. fix preview points
  4. fix tags

  1. 00:00:242 (1) - to add more flow angle the slider end a little bit up or move the whole slider back a bit like so:
  2. 00:03:242 (6) - same thing here, move slider end down
  3. 00:06:242 (2,3) - these could be put together better, try having (2)'s slider end
  4. 00:13:492 (4,5,6,1) - here you are building up with the (4,5,6) in to the (1), maybe instead of having to drop down with the (6) in to the (1), try moving (1) up so that the pattern flows

    (better than this pls tho)
  5. 00:16:242 (1) - slider end downwards a bit
  6. 00:18:742 (5,6,7) - this is nice! have things like this
  7. 00:29:242 (3,4,5,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5) - avoid things like this, map it out more with sliders etc
  8. 00:43:742 (1) - never ever never ever forever never have a slider start on a short white tick on to a long white tick (-_-), long white tick usually signifies a stronger note and sliders like this will be awkward

00:08:242 (1) - Slightly Picky, but the repeat arrow is not on the same y axis as the start / finish circle. Bring it up a little (avoid overlap with 00:07:242 (3))
00:11:242 (3) - Move this to where the repeat of 00:08:242 (1) - is (It was probably there before the change of the slider)
01:11:242 (4,1) - Try to avoid the overlap
01:33:242 (3,4,5) - Make the Start of 01:33:242 (3) - line up with the start of 01:35:242 (5) -
01:39:242 (4,1,2) - Fix the overlap with 4 and 2

Just a random mod, liked the song:

Insane
  • I like the jumps in this map. Might actually be helpful for people who want to wrap their head around jumpy maps starting at low BPMs.

    00:44:492 (1,2,3) - I get that this is a jumpy map, but spanning the distance of my screen with these three notes feels strange. I suggest making them a bit closer together, but it's not a big issue.

    00:09:242 (2,3,4,5,6) - The part feels... meh. That many sliders in a row, in that pattern, feels bland to play. Change it up and add some notes in-between?

    00:29:242 (3,4,5,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5) - These jumps feel awesome to do, but could be even more awesome if you added hit sounds to make it feel like a drum fill or something. This part (and other star-shaped jumps) should play around with drum hit sounds (like the clap and finish) to make it feel better to play.

    I find this map very, very easy for an insane difficulty. Maybe add more 1/4th notes like you did at 01:46:617 (3,4) around the map where it could apply... or try some other stuff without over mapping. I also tried the map at AR10 and enjoyed it a lot more, and helped made it suit the difficulty better.

Hard
  • 00:30:242 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - This pattern might be a bit better suited for the difficulty if you make it slightly easier. Less note overlaps, or just make the pattern end faster.

    Otherwise, this is pretty decent.

I've redone this part.

00:01:742 (3) - throughout the map, there's several instances like these where you can distinctly hear 1/4 beats in the background. I understand if you intentionally didn't map them, but since this is an Insane, it'd be nice if you could introduce triplets or 1/4 repeat sliders to emphasize these beats !!
00:05:242 (4) - how about curving the slider the other way for a more circular flow imo? and blanket the next circle :D
00:06:742 (3) - move the slider right & up to better lead into the next circle?
00:14:242 (1,2,3) - this pattern doesn't flow much for me imo D: try this?
00:24:242 (1) - for a cleaner look, move this so that it doesn't overlap 00:23:242 (4)?
00:25:242 (3) - this jump seems rather sudden for me, it's really large compared to your earlier ones, and there's no build up in the music that justifies it, it's also larger than your next few jumps
00:29:242 (3,4,5,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5) - ehhh i'm a bit iffy about using a drum sampleset for this D:
00:35:992 (5) - i understand you want a jump here, but this doesn't flow too well for me.. position it here?
00:48:242 (1,2,1) - you had plenty of movement before, i think this stacking sorta stops this movement D: up to you though
00:56:242 (1) - curve the slider the other way? leads better from the previous sliders imo
01:00:242 (2) - since there's such a heavy beat here, and it's the start of a new verse, i recommend setting this apart from the pattern you've established with 00:58:742 (6,7,1) D: it will provide emphasize this heavy beat
01:19:742 (3) - blanket 01:19:242 (1) for neater look?
01:21:242 (3) - curve slider more evenly for aesthetic appeal
01:23:242 (3,4) - angle slider & move circle like so for better flow to 01:24:242 (1) ?
01:26:242 (1) - angle this more for better flow from previous slider
01:37:242 (3) - adjust so the tail overlaps completely with the middle of 01:36:242 (1) , it looks nicer ;w;
01:36:992 (2) - whistle to emphasize the sound in bg?
01:41:742 (4) - whistle on head & tail for same reason
01:43:742 (4) - not a fan of this very slight overlap, move it left some?
01:49:742 (5) - whistle on head
01:52:742 (2) - this slider seems relatively close to the previous one compared to the rest of the map
01:58:742 (2) - move this out more for better circular flow?

02:18:242 (5) - angle more toward direction from 4 to 5
02:25:992 (4) - for consistency, make this the same distance from 3 as the distance between 02:24:992 (2,3) ?
02:26:242 (5) - for better flow imo, angle this more upward
02:39:242 (2,3,1) - how bout thiss? imo brings better flow and slightly more epic way to end your map

00:23:242 (6) - imo, the angle from 4-5-6 is quite sharp... try this? and here's a suggestion i made for 7 as well, if you make this change (7 is stacked on 6's head)
00:27:242 (8) - curve the other way to better lead into the next circle
00:51:992 (7) - i think this jump doesn't fit the music and is rather sudden D: try this? you can stack 00:51:992 (7) on 00:50:742 (5) 's tail and stuff
00:57:242 (3) - the curve of this slider doesn't flow too well for me, how about
00:59:742 (1) - to keep rhythm consistent, how about moving this slider to large white tick? it'll emphasize the heavy beat there too
01:05:242 (1,2,3) - this is pretty cool gj :D
01:08:242 (7) - what about making this a slider instead of a circle to emphasize the vocals? and she says "building"!!!! build up the momentum with sliders ahahahah ok
01:32:242 (1) - hmmm not sure if it makes sense for the break to end here rhythmically because a full stanza has not even gone by yet ;_; dunno if this will make sense, but you resume mapping on the 4th measure of this stanza (idk if i'm even using the right terms) my suggestion is to end the break at 01:36:242 (1). It's the start of a new verse and measure and all that good stuff
01:38:617 (6,7) - adjust for better flow~

01:38:492 (3) - dunno how i feel about 1/4 sliders in a normal DD:
01:46:992 (5,6) - i think this might represent the music a bit better:
01:52:242 (7) - how about moving NC to here for consistency?
