'cause you're the piece of me I wish I didn't need
chasing relentlessly, and I still don't know why
if our love is tragedy, why are you my remedy?
if our love is insanity, why are you my clarity?

sana ma kita mo lang kung gaano ka sakit ang puso ko.
you'll always be in my heart.

Hi dkun! Mod request via #modhelp! It's been almost a month since I was an active modder. Other than that, let's see what I can do. :3

[General]
  1. I would recommend the background image to be 1024x768 or1366x768 pixels. Although, it's not technically unrankable (see green text), but I still recommend to resize just to be on the safe side.
Background images must be at a maximum of 1024x768 pixels for 4:3, 1366x768 pixels for 16:9. Although 1366x768 (16:9) is recommended, most background ratios that are 4:3 or 16:9 should also work reasonably well (for example, 800x600 or 852x480). Using an image with a different ratio is fine, but will result in letterboxing (black bars at the top/bottom of the screen) or upscaling (resized image to fill the whole screen).
    [Remedy]
    1. For the easiest difficulty on the map, I fully recommend to reduce the drain and overall difficulty to 4 or lower. The approach rate seem fine for the map, so I would leave it for now. Just be wary that other modders might recommend to reduce it or even map an easier difficulty (god forbid) for difficulty spread purposes.
    2. 00:41:293 (4,5) - For consistency purposes, I would remove these drum samples set on these notes since it doesn't really bring any emphasis to the music. Also, remove the sample drum set at 02:35:668 (5). The drum-finish at 00:39:418 (1) and 02:31:918 (1) is fine.
    3. 03:16:918 (1) - This is a pretty long spinner (please keep it). I like that you used the spinner to emphasize the increasing pitch of the music. For a better emphasis for this, I would end the spinner at 03:30:043 instead since the increasing pitch ends here and it also gives novice players more time to recover.
Feedback: One thing I want to say about this difficulty are the hitsounds. Compare to your Clarity difficulty, this difficulty is somewhat difficult to know which instrument are you trying to emphasize. I would like to see if you can somehow rearrange some of your patterns in a way so that the hitsound patterns are similar to your Clarity difficulty.

    [Clarity]
    1. For a better competition, I would increase the overall difficulty to 7 or 8. When I was test playing the map, I scored a 100% accuracy!
    2. 04:01:918 (3) - A new combo would be suitable here, since it's a new musical section. Similar to what you did at 01:38:480 (1,2,1).
    3. 04:16:214 - 04:16:449 (6): This is optional, but maybe you could add two more circles at 04:16:214 and 04:16:449 (stacking with the previous slider) here to complete the vocal section.
Feedback: This difficulty is very good! Excellent hitsounding, flow, and rhythm usage!

I like this song and map. I hope it gets ranked soon. Good Luck! :D

I took everything listed -- going to work on the hitsounds in Remedy as suggested.
As for the background, it upscales quite nicely. What do you think about just disabling letterbox all together?

Very insightful mod! Thanks a ton. :D

Peace, i just wanna it ranked

[Clarity]
00:15:043 (6) - I would say starting the combo here is a better idea for more clarity on the use of the anti-jump.
00:22:543 (6) - ^
00:30:043 (7) - ^ I think you get it by now so I'll stop pointing these out.
01:08:949 (7,8) - Why not make a 1/4 stack or something to bring out that drumroll in the music? It is a nice variation from the regular beat and stuff. But then again this only happens 1 time in the song, so for the sake of consistency it is ok to ignore, honestly.
02:49:964 (1,2) - This beat placement feels kinda awkward. If you swap the placement of these on the timeline you get something a bit nicer and interesting. http://puu.sh/3uQh5.jpg

I like this map.
Sick nasty.

Black is suggestion
Blue is highly recommended
Red is unrankable

[General]
bg res but i cant find anything better so ok
maybe tag "electro house" since it is the genre of the song
also try this for the soft-finish (in calmer parts): http://puu.sh/3A2UF.wav

[Remedy]
AR-1?
00:33:324 (2) - shorten this to 00:33:793 and use a note at 00:34:027
00:35:668 (5) - NC
00:56:293 (3,4) - this may be a little difficult due to having inconsistent spacing and a bit anti-flow, maybe get rid of the repeat on 00:56:293 (3) and add a note at 00:57:230 for the transition
01:13:168 (3) - NC
01:24:418 - this is actually a good place to start dumping soft claps, try it on the 2/4 white beat to contrast the whistles
01:35:902 (1) - i would end the spinner at 01:38:480 and add note at 01:39:418, mostly because newbies will be playing this diff and that gives more time to recover
01:42:699 (5) - NC
01:47:386 (1,2,3) - try this rhythm: 02:35:668 (5) - NC
02:42:699 (7,8) - this feels better to play if you replace it with a slider since there is no heavy beat at 02:43:168
02:59:808 (3) - missing whistle/finish?
03:01:918 - drag the break to start here
03:46:918 - claps again
03:58:168 (1) - same as 01:35:902 (1) (add finish if you dont make the change)
04:05:199 (4) - NC
04:09:886 (1,2,3) - same as 01:47:386 (1,2,3)

[Clarity]
00:37:543 (7) - NC here instead to keep consistency with other anti jumps
00:53:246 (6) - if you can lower this to maybe the center of the playfield, you will get a nice oval flow on 00:52:543 (5,6,7)
00:55:355 (3,4) - try to blanket them (makes flow on 00:56:761 (5) better)
01:22:308 (5) - NC
01:40:355 (4) - perfectly center this ><
01:50:902 (2) - lower this a bit for a zig zag flow on 01:50:199 (1,2,3,4)
02:06:605 (5) - stack on 02:05:199 (1)
02:09:418 (1,2,3) - aline this to x:48 y:268 with the straight flow of the anti-jump (and maybe manual stack this to prevent stack leniency shifting notes around)
02:16:918 (5) - x:296 y:368 (you can shift 02:17:386 (1) with it)
02:29:105 (5) - ctrl+g?
02:50:902 (2) - this jump is really intense compared to the rest of them, shift this to somewhere on the y-axis to do that symmetry trick (if you do this also consider ctrl+g on 02:51:136 (3))
03:42:230 (7) - make this symmetrical in the center
04:14:339 (2,3,4) - how bout stack these on 04:14:339 (2,3,4) for that "reverse" effect?
04:16:449 (7) - add drum finish
WHERE ARE THE STREAMS

well thats all, everything looks pretty handy ^_^ have a star and good luck~

AR-1? mm, this AR seems good to me. i'll consider it if more people point it out.
00:33:324 (2) - shorten this to 00:33:793 and use a note at 00:34:027 sure!
00:35:668 (5) - NC yep
00:56:293 (3,4) - this may be a little difficult due to having inconsistent spacing and a bit anti-flow, maybe get rid of the repeat on 00:56:293 (3) and add a note at 00:57:230 for the transition I don't see how this is anti-flowy. will keep as-is.
01:13:168 (3) - NC yep
01:24:418 - this is actually a good place to start dumping soft claps, try it on the 2/4 white beat to contrast the whistles i'll look into this, but I like how it is now
01:35:902 (1) - i would end the spinner at 01:38:480 and add note at 01:39:418, mostly because newbies will be playing this diff and that gives more time to recover good catch, will do!
01:42:699 (5) - NC yep.
01:47:386 (1,2,3) - try this rhythm: tried it out, but didn't like it too much.
02:35:668 (5) - NC
02:42:699 (7,8) - this feels better to play if you replace it with a slider since there is no heavy beat at 02:43:168 tried this out, but didn't like it. sorry :p
02:59:808 (3) - missing whistle/finish? nice catch
03:01:918 - drag the break to start here woops
03:46:918 - claps again same remark as above
03:58:168 (1) - same as 01:35:902 (1) (add finish if you dont make the change) changed
04:05:199 (4) - NC yep
04:09:886 (1,2,3) - same as 01:47:386 (1,2,3) same as above~

[Clarity]
00:37:543 (7) - NC here instead to keep consistency with other anti jumps woop. done!
00:53:246 (6) - if you can lower this to maybe the center of the playfield, you will get a nice oval flow on 00:52:543 (5,6,7) holy crap, wouldn't of ever thought of this. nice catch!
00:55:355 (3,4) - try to blanket them (makes flow on 00:56:761 (5) better) hnnnnnnrg y-axis beauty
01:22:308 (5) - NC nice catch
01:40:355 (4) - perfectly center this >< wtf I could of sworn this was centered
01:50:902 (2) - lower this a bit for a zig zag flow on 01:50:199 (1,2,3,4) nice. done.
02:06:605 (5) - stack on 02:05:199 (1) but y-axis w/ 3? :(
02:09:418 (1,2,3) - aline this to x:48 y:268 with the straight flow of the anti-jump (and maybe manual stack this to prevent stack leniency shifting notes around) alright.
02:16:918 (5) - x:296 y:368 (you can shift 02:17:386 (1) with it) yeppers
02:29:105 (5) - ctrl+g? great catch.
02:50:902 (2) - this jump is really intense compared to the rest of them, shift this to somewhere on the y-axis to do that symmetry trick (if you do this also consider ctrl+g on 02:51:136 (3)) moved 2 to the center of the y-axis. didn't g 3 though.
03:42:230 (7) - make this symmetrical in the center intended to be unsymmetrical
04:14:339 (2,3,4) - how bout stack these on 04:14:339 (2,3,4) for that "reverse" effect? wat
04:16:449 (7) - add drum finish you got it

OD +1? not sure about this tho

00:20:199 (1) - Move this one a little bit down to make a perfect lead in from 6 to 1
00:22:074 (5) - Try something like this maybe? just a suggestion but i think it would play and look better00:26:761 (5) - Move this up so the angle isnt that small (angle from leading in 4 to following the slider upwards) Would play better here since it's vertical
00:45:511 (6,7,8,9) - changes to this pattern as follows: turn 6's curve to the other side. reverse 7. delete 8 and 9 to. extend 7 to a reverse slider to match
the lyrics :D Like this you get a nice lead in from 6 to 7 and you match the lyrics better. Like this maybe
00:55:355 (3,4) - blanket these into each other? i know this is kinda conventional but when you already put them like this you can go for the blankets ;) 00:58:168 (1,2,3) - suggestion for this pattern (1 is still a reverse) 01:11:293 (5,6,7) - let's give this a nice touch that close sliders ;) (pattern works perfectly. you can just adjust 8 and 9)
01:25:355 (3) - move to X:164 y:309? going for the blanket which would fit really good right here ;)
01:32:621 (2) - Wrong spacing
01:46:918 (1) - Place it like this? That would kill the kinda awkward flow.
02:04:730 (5) - switch the side of the curve for a nice lead in from 4
02:22:308 (5) - Why didnt you copymirror 02:20:433 (1) - here? just wondering lol
02:49:261 (6) - turn it like this to give i a better lead in to the next pattern 02:56:996 (7) - Give this a clean spacing. it's too far out
03:16:918 (1) - End the spinner here 03:29:574 - . then put a 1/1 slider on 03:30:043 - and make it a reverse to match the lyrics. should look like make a nice pattern out of it :D
03:33:324 (4) - like this? implying better flow into the next pattern :D
04:03:324 (4) - again, going for better flow
I hope that wasnt too nazi but i think you can get something very good out of this with these changes
None the less, very good diff!

It'd be nice if you could call me ingame for a mod on the other diff. I will make sure to mod it too!

This song made me shiver ughhgg :D

- I say this like on most English songs, the countdown sounds pretty bad. I'd suggest to remove it.

[Remedy]
Tick Rate 2 maybe?
00:14:808 (2) - Remove this finish please.
00:19:496 (3,5) - Remove these finishes please.

Actually, just look for finishes on red ticks. They sound awkward as hell.If you miss any, I'm sure DC will point them out later Uguu~
00:30:043 (5) - Move this one 1/2 tick forward and make the slider one 1/2 tick longer and keep the repeat. Sounds way better and shouldn't throw off new players. Adjust pattern accordingly.
00:56:293 (3,4) - Big jump for the easiest diff?
01:24:418 - Where are the claps here? You have them in the Clarity diff but not here?
02:18:793 (4,5) - Jump in the easiest diff? Why?
02:31:918 (1) - Random Clap?
02:49:730 (5,6,7) - I feel like this stack is a bit too confusing for new players.
03:01:918 - Start break here.
03:46:918 - No claps here again? There are in Clarity.

[Clarity]
Same comment about finishes on red ticks.
01:53:480 (9) - I would change this so you have an 1/4 stream from 01:53:469 - to 01:53:949 - and starting a slider at the end of the stream aka like this.
04:15:980 - I'd again suggest a 1/4 stream until 04:16:449 -

00:20:199 (1) - Move this one a little bit down to make a perfect lead in from 6 to 1 works with me.

I am reluctant to change it.00:26:761 (5) - Move this up so the angle isnt that small (angle from leading in 4 to following the slider upwards) Would play better here since it's vertical the bigger angle here is on purpose, it doesn't really make much of a difference, or at all if you think about it.
00:45:511 (6,7,8,9) - changes to this pattern as follows: turn 6's curve to the other side. reverse 7. delete 8 and 9 to. extend 7 to a reverse slider to match does 4,5 in this combo not mean a thing to you?

00:55:355 (3,4) - blanket these into each other? i know this is kinda conventional but when you already put them like this you can go for the blankets ;) 00:58:168 (1,2,3) - suggestion for this pattern (1 is still a reverse) these aren't blanketed on purpose. the emphasis on this map isn't blanketing.01:11:293 (5,6,7) - let's give this a nice touch that close sliders ;) (pattern works perfectly. you can just adjust 8 and 9) does my style mean nothing to you?
01:25:355 (3) - move to X:164 y:309? going for the blanket which would fit really good right here ;) works for me.
01:32:621 (2) - Wrong spacing a grid? okay.
01:46:918 (1) - Place it like this? That would kill the kinda awkward flow. I don't see how this was awkward to begin with

02:49:261 (6) - turn it like this to give i a better lead in to the next pattern 4,6,1 are all oriented that way for a reason. 02:56:996 (7) - Give this a clean spacing. it's too far out fine to me
03:16:918 (1) - End the spinner here 03:29:574 - . then put a 1/1 slider on 03:30:043 - and make it a reverse to match the lyrics. should look like make a nice pattern out of it :D would like to keep as-is
