I really hate titles
something like

Well it's all halfassed if you don't complete the whole thing even though it already feels halfassed.
Please don't use the name "Template skin v2" for that.
Skin name could be something like: paintosu!v10
I can tell it was hard art, and regardless of it being hand art, you could at least put some effort into getting things right.
1. score numbers are cut off at the sides
2. inner glow of the "%" is missing
3. the fruit bowl or scale thingy isn't positioned properly to the top where the glow starts
4. the approach circle is uneven and seems to be cut off at the left,right and bottom.

it is near to the original title which was "painted typed osu!" with 25% painted ad 75% typed
