I'm guessing the title should be properly capitalized as "As in the First Place"

The same applies to the spinner in Hard.

00:13:60 (9,12) - These notes seem like they're sticking to each other for comfort or something, and the sliders mentioned can be very easily missed because of how close the notes are stuck together. You might want to rearrange the spacing from here to 00:26:64

I don't like the beginning of the map on Normal or Hard. Hard was very plain and Normal used too many whistle sounds. Aside from that, everything was okay.

I agree with Cheese, just too much overuse of the whistle in the beginning if you ask me.
As well, and this is just my opinion, maybe making a few few more of those single whistles throughout the map (especially closer to the start) double whistles would do some good. Some of them just seem kind of...lonely, you know? I mean, I know some of them are followed by claps, but a few of them feel a bit off.
02:18:29 (1) - Lengthen 1/2; sounds a bit better there.

Hard
Sounds are perfect in this and I wouldn't change a thing. ^^
00:55:86 (4) - Move this just a touch away from 3.
02:18:29 (1) - Same as in Normal.

This map is awesome! Gets stars from me! :D You know, to be honest, I haven't actually listened to much Korean music before.... This is really good though! You've really gotten my interest with this.

"처음처럼(This song's Korean name)" has no relationship with "place"
/me thinks the title is "Like the first time"

不整英文和客套话了：
Hard:
00:21:955 添一个circle和接下来的slider重合
02:06:042 添一个circle,容易miss
03:00:303 添一个circle,把接下来的①改成slider(从红线到白线）
以上是timing修改前的时间点

Normal:
没问题，不过我不喜欢whistle，用的有点多了.

Timing :
没改之前acc是70%，offset改成11,230以后明显提升到96%了，腰也不酸了背也不痛了(死...
offset一般来说和第一个note重合这样能准确的修改整篇的note，所以有负数的话是件比较奇特的事情.
不过这个timing还请自己亲自尝试，我的acc烂，怕越改越离谱.
如果合适的话，记得把normal的timing也一并改掉.
