I tried searching something within the Feature Requests sub-forum, but I didn't find anything, so I apologize if this does actually happen to be a duplicate-like post.
As far as I know, to this point, taiko-mode specific skin elements can only be skinned for actual skin sets, unlike standard skin elements, which can be customized for individual beatmaps.
In other words, to this date, any skin element under the name "taiko-<element>.png" cannot be customized for an individual beatmap. This is somewhat troublesome and disappointing, especially if you're using a song that has the potential to have its own custom taiko skin.
My request is to make the taiko-mode specific skin elements skinnable for individual beatmaps. I mean sure, you can just create a separate skin and force the player to use that specific skin, but that requires an external download which is utmost unnecessary, in my perspective.
The taiko skin elements I wish to be included for customization are all of them, if possible.
Again, I'm sorry if someone did request this feature before, but I just find it silly how osu!-Standard and Catch The Beat elements can be fully customized (as far as I know), but taiko-mode is forced to use whatever is available is in current skin set applied to the game universally.

Edit: I also noticed that custom score-bar skin elements are not applied on taiko-mode too... So yea, It'd be nice to see if the custom score-bar skin elements were to be applied on taiko-mode too.
