Ability to change all editor keybinds

I really just want to swap "go to previous timing point" with "go to previous bookmark". Is this possible? If not, why? Seems random I can only change ~20% of the editor hotkeys...

EDIT:
It seems the "add bookmark" feature is obsolete since the CTRL-B keybind does nothing. Am I suppose to use inherited timing points for this purpose?

agree that full control over keybinds would be really sweet but I'm too lazy to check whether that's in Lazer already

idk what you're doing though cause ctrl+B has always worked fine for me
