Pain in fingers?

Does anyone have any tips/fixes for pain in fingers from over-osuing? This hasn't shown up recently, but has been a thing for me for a while. Playing osu for more than a year now every time I play osu now I receive this stinging pain in my finger tip, and it feels like it goes as deep as bone. I have tried to quit for multiple weeks to fix it, but it doesn't.

Personally i'd go to a doctor, as it could be carpal tunnel or tendinitis. It doesn't just happen in wrists, and can cause bigger problems down the road if you don't take care of it soon.

Edit: I should mention that my irl friend Forn_ had to quit osu entirely because he left his tendinitis unchecked for too long, and he realized it once it was too late. I mean its not like he can't use his fingers anymore, but he has horrible pains in his fingers from just typing for too long sometimes. So i'd recommend getting it checked out.
