I have checked in the 'Programs and Features' and however, there is not a column for osu!. I cannot spot the osu! in 'Programs and Features'.

i have downloaded the osu! in the official website and run it. I have tried to reinstall for many times but it will still crash once i press the icon of osu! and give me the same result.

My computer is running in Window 10 64-bit, have a Radeon RX 750 series of graphic card, 8GB RAM and a CPU of i3 550 3.2GHz. ( i can run gta5 smoothly btw)

Do you happen to have anything else in your event viewer, because what you posted doesn't really give too much information unfortunately.

Is there anyone who can help me?

Sorry, I read your post a few days ago but forgot to respond.

Have you restarted your computer within the past few days?

Looks like some sort of graphics issue, so it might be a good idea to try reinstalling your graphics drivers if a restart doesn't do anything. Since you have an AMD card, I'd try using their Cleanup Utility first, to uninstall whatever you have right now, then redownload the drivers for your card here.

You can also check out this thread for other possible solutions. The person there appears to have the exact same log as you.

I have tried to uninstall my graphic drivers and install again it by using your suggestion. However, it is still giving me the same problem.

For the thread you linked to me, I have to find a file of "osu!.pcname.cfg". I do find it but i cannot see where the line of CompatibilityContext is.

Here is what i have in the file:
h_osu!.exe = c3e9baedbfe9cefa58d35150e5bfc973
_ReleaseStream = Stable40
h_avcodec-51.dll = 734e450dd85c16d62c1844f10c6203c0

h_discord-rpc.dll = 250e4d35ed51ac293527865ca2080c2b

Moreover, 'I have checked in the 'Programs and Features' and however, there is not a column for osu!. I cannot spot the osu! in 'Programs and Features'.' said in the previous post, is that normal?

I have these files in the osu file.

I believe the file creates itself the first time you run the game, so if you haven't ever run the game successfully on the computer you are currently using, that is probably why you don't have the file. osu!.cfg, the file you are looking at right now, is different than osu!.pcname.cfg. That could also explain why the game isn't showing up in Programs and Features (if it hasn't been run on your computer before).

The person in the last post said they just created a cfg file with the CompatibilityContext line in it, but I've never tried doing anything like that myself. Also I think you'd need to get your computer's name right, otherwise I'm not sure if it will work either.
