Problem details: my cursor is stuck at the middle of my screen .

osu! version: Stable 20181231.2 (latest)
My friend gave me his wacom tablet. I know its an intuos but idk which one.
my area work on my desktop but on osu I cant go to the right so if someone know the solution plz halpme.

Try turning off windows ink. Then go into your game and turn off raw input. See if that helps you out.

nah but I found the solution. just a compatibility problem with dual screen.

What do you mean by "compatibility problem" and was your solution something other than unplugging your other monitor? You may want to try disabling Map absolute raw input to the osu! window in settings if that was your only solution.

hmm on the tablet driver you can choice which screen the area cover and i selected the screen where my osu is but that was the problem. I had to select both screen and when my osu! launch in full screen the area is only on osu! so that work.
