[Archived] Screen Resolution Error

I was testing out different resolutions to reduce my lag and I tried 1768x992, and it stopped showing osu, instead, it showed me a black screen, with an old-fashioned small tab saying osu on it. My recommended screen was 1920x1080. And so I got the task manager to end it. Now, whenever I open it, it crashes. Plus it forces my screen resolution to be in the 1768x992, and not letting me change it until I restart my whole PC. PLease help >_<

Ok so going into your osu files. Next edit "osu!..User.cfg" in any text editor. When you open the .cfg scroll down till you see "HeightFullscreen" and WidthFullscreen" ( on 89th and 91st line.) Fill in 1920 for width and 1080 for height. If your not in fullscreen then edit "Height" and "Width".
