I bought a Wacom CTL - 472, then after dragging spinners my tablet had dark circle marks on it's surface.

Is this normal? Anyone had the same problem? And is there any fixes?

It is normal that the surface becomes smooth after use. If you put too much pressure on the surface you risk scratching it (which reduces the quality of tablet). You can put something between the surface and the pen to protect it.

Dragging the pen during a spinner will wear down the surface and the pen tip quickly. You can learn to spin quickly while hovering (for me, it's the easiest and most effective way to spin).
