There is a con at my house. Only one person is attending tho..
cavoe's osu! event was hosted in the Netherlands this year, and I believe he is planning to host the next one near the same location. I don't know if there is information about the 2019 event yet, but it is very likely going to happen

I remember osu having a booth at anime expo, idk if it’ll happen again in the future tho
iirc peppy said that AX won't happen again for a while, because he wants to visit new places when doing these osu! events
also OP, AX does not run in Europe. It's always at the LA Convention Center in the United States
