[Archived] System.Exception: Unsigned executable!

Problem Details:When I start OSU! or when I try to install it it crashes immediately. When I click "(click to reveal the error)" it says
System.Exception: Unsigned executable!
Pls Help me!! OS: windows 7 64-bit

Please check for pending Windows updates and install any you have (especially anything marked as important).

thanks for your fast reply ... Im gonna try it will see :)

It didn't work also when I create a new use in windows :/ I also tried to download osu from another PC and compress it into winRAR and it did not work too :/ I rly want to play osu again :(

2nd edit: My gpu is AMD radeon r7 250 with the latest windows 7 64bit driver (18.9.2)
