So I noticed recently an user was cheating, so first i tried to report them via their #1 spot in the beatmap leaderboards. Nothing popped up. I went to their account next, hovered over their avatar, nothing. Disabled all my plugins, nothing. Tried another browser, nothing. I don't know what to do, should I just contact the staff via en e-mail to report them?
