Problem Details:
I paid for 2 months on different transactions. Only 1 month has gone through and was confirmed but for the other transaction, Xsoll took my money off my account but the supported tag has not gone through. Therefore I only have 1 month worth of support tag after paying 8 dollars. Check photo of transaction please.
