Problem Details:
Recently,i can't even download a beatmap,although my internet is completely fine,my current internet speed is 1MB/s and when i download a beatmap it can't even reach 1KB/s

anyone can help me?

Seems like there might be an issue with certain Indonesian ISP's.

Can you provide your current ISP?

as mentioned in t/689933 , try using a vpn.

what is your ISP? there seems to be problem with indo isps recently

yea it's the ISP,the ISP is Speedy,and i called the provider bout this problem,and it's finally fixed,thanks guys :'3
