I play in osu 1-1.5 years.I play 5-5.8 star maps on mouse.I play 1 minute map,my hand have a pain.I dont know why,but i think i need change my mouse.Sorry for my good english

If there is pain, then stop playing because you are hurting something. Either because of your hand position or because of some undiagnosed medical condition. Go to a doctor
If it is soreness, then it is just your muscles being tired. You can play through that and eventually your hands will be strong enough to handle the intensity

This sounds like Repetitive Strain Injury or RSI. If you give your hand a few weeks rest it will likely be fine.
I would go see a doctor however, as an injury like this can develop into a larger problem that often requires surgery.

Now i dont have pain in osu,im only overdid sport,now i give rest my hands and dont see anyone problems.
