It's not just 1/2 jumps everywhere, this section was intended to be like a middle section of something, preparing for an end but doesn't really aim to follow anything very specifically. It might look like that if you don't feel this way. Kind of like this section after here 01:23:395 (1) - where it doesn't follow anything specifically either but I've reused the pentagons for the same melody as intro and pre-outro.- 01:26:037 (2) - same as above

The rhythm is not same for Extra and Negai, so starting it on a blue tick would not be a better choice. My spinner is starting on where the vocal starts, we follow different elements in the song.

I removed the second one since it was on a blue tick. But this volume change is necessary to express the different instruments here.
