The past weeks I have been getting somewhat lower FPS than I normally would. Usually I would have sub 1ms (unlimited FPS). Streaming would bump me to 1-2ms. But when the problem occurred, I would get around 1.5-2ms and around 2.5-3ms while streaming. Now as those are still pretty good numbers I do notice just a hint of difference. I think I resolved that with updating my video card drivers since now I get sub 1ms. But now I will get random lag spikes (almost looks like the game skips a heartbeat a freezes for a second) and while streaming, instead of a lag spikes, it looks like I'm dropping FPS and will remain that way until it catches up. Also F5 did not fix this.
