[Archived] [web] Some users are missing thier avatar on forums

Problem Details: A specific user is missing thier avatar on forums, however they have thier avatar ingame and in ther profile.
I have the following user's agreement to post this.


Video or screenshot showing the problem:



However, they have thier avatar displayed on new forums.

It might be related to setting an avatar using the new design.

As it works on the new site, I don't see much issue.

hi, i fixed the issue, as aforementioned by fizzn
turns out that the file for my avatar (pfp) was too big for the old forum, so i resized it to 128x128, unless i can make it bigger but the same aspect ratio (1/1)

Avatars up to 256x256 are supported on the old forum. What was the file size? did you use the new website design? if you upload the same image with the old design does it still happen?
