Giving starless support /o/

This feature should be added :c

As many said, it's useful for songs that have changes in 1/2 (or 1/4) and 1/3, using tickrate 1 sounds empty in 1/2 parts, tickrate 2 sound bad in 1/3, and tickrate 3 well, you know. And that kind of songs are not too rare (at least I've seen many of them).

And not only for marathons, some songs really needs different tickrate on different parts.
