Beelzebub, and School Rumble obviously. I just feel like the funniest times were when animes didn't try hard to make a comedy. Just some occasional comedy scenes once or twice every episode to break the ice.
If I have to pick one, based on how much I laugh and nothing else, then Prison School in my choice.

Umm.. I watched Gintama a little and then quit.
Obviously it is the famous anime, but I guess it did not fit my taste.
Not surprised. Subversion tends to miss on the non-genre savvy.
