[resolved] my friend pc broke can he make a new account

Problem Details:
If my friend decided to make an osu account can he make one and play on my pc, he has played before and is about as good as me but better.
If not than that is fine we will just have to find out his old info.

Each user is only allowed to have one account, so he will need to find his old account information.

Ok, just wondering why is that so? Like why only one account, is it to make it more fair for other players? And thank you we will find out his old stuff.
