Hello there :3,

In very much beatmaps, I see the circles glow while the beat drops or the refrain comes. how do i make them? (im making a beatmap and want to make the glow-effect too).

Hi,
that effect is called Kiai-Mode.
In order to set it, you have to create an inherited timing section at the time you want the Kiai-time to start. You can do this either by pressing Ctrl+Shift+P or going into the timing menu (F6) and click on the green + sign on the lower right.
On the top left of the timing menu are a couple of tabs, one of them says "Style". Enter it and check the box for Kiai Mode.
Then go to the spot where you want the Kiai to end and basically do the same again, except that you uncheck it this time.
