in my honest opinion, the normal difficulty needs more work. the density is completely unbalanced: the beginning of the song uses more 1/2 rhythms than the kiai, making it not balanced with the music. i would also suggest you to stack the 1/2 patterns like 00:07:941 (2,3) - because they require a looot of movements from the newer players. you really need to create more 1/1 breaks before the kiai because it really has a lot of a objects.
just work from 00:07:004 - to 00:16:004 - with the issues i mentioned

call me back after that so i can recheck it and maybe qualify!

drum-hitfinish23.wav has a delay of ~~130ms~~ 13ms. The maximum allowed delay is 5ms. I'm pretty sure the background noise from an imperfect recording environment doesn't count. I don't think this is rankable.

Confirming the 13ms delay. Actually, the hitsound itself has some strange noise over the whole track which doesn't count as a valid hitsound section.

I'd also recommend to replace the hitsound entirely with a noiseless hitsound. It really bothers my ears.
