[Archived] Lag in osu!, but I don't know the reason

Problem Details:
Hi, I can't play osu! normally because of this problem I have, in the video you can see my lag problems but I don't know how to fix it. Thanks

Have you tried using compatibility mode and turned on reduce dropped frames in options

Yes, I tried almost every setting on osu, but it doesn't go well

Have you tried shutting down any program running in the background other than osu! ? If not, do so and see if the issue persists.
