Problem Details:
My ctb rank switches to standard rank after clicking F9.

I think it can be this old glitch that easily affects you, when you play (or maybe do some other stuff too) map from other game mode than currently chosen.
Aside of what you shown, it can/could also show wrong rank in other places, like the rank on your avatar at the middle-bottom of your song selection screen or your rank in multiplayer.
It also results in random +XXXXX or -XXXXX ranks, which is ranks difference with the other mod.

If it indeed is what I think it is, then there's a simple "fix" for that:

Just change your game mode manually to this other mode, then go back.
To be sure it will work, you can change it to all other modes, then go back. :)
